this driver repeatedly recklessly drove in a high traffic zone putting another car purposely at risk was speeding up and slowing down rapidly on numerous occasions. This car purposely wouldn’t let another car merge when they had no option to left them hanging on the left-hand side of the road where there was no lanes left, they did this with a child in the vehicle. They are very unsafe and need to be spoken to very fast.
