This xxxx decided that he wanted to drive 20kmp/h under the speed limit, then when he was legally overtaken, he proceeded to drive the opposite way through a round about at 70-80kmp/h in a residential zone. He then tailgated and sped the rest of the way - what an absolute xxxx joke. Watch out for this xxxx around Werribee and Melton, just keep an eye out on your driver side peripherals. His license plate says “YEH I NO” but I’ve forgotten more than this xxxx has ever known.
